Hey All,
Whatās up and new around Zines collection and production?
I am working (on some spare times) on Zines propaganda. Building a Pocket Wifi portal named āWifi Libre Biohacking Zinesā into ESP8266 NodeMCU 1.0 (ESP-12E Module)

I will share as soon as possible my set-up and source code (public domain : AGLP ; and Free Art License).
As itās a 4MB storage, youāll have to make light zines.
As itās a local pocket wifi, itās also a pretext to incite meetings / tap on the shoulder and have a drink.
To make propaganda in social movements and demonstrations.
So on and so forth

What a rideā¦ _āgive cookies to the archivistsā_
While collecting some zines from my harddisc (to go to print shop) and other links and pages from earlier session, i started to make a new library online, playing around with my antigravity and ai agents. learning how to automate extraction and building a database of a current a but random collection of zines.
Turned out nice for a first prototypeā¦ we can throw a new .pdf into a folder, and it will extract the text, put the file on our cloud in a category folder, if needed do some vision analysis of the image heavy zines. and tries to extract relevant info, such as author, title etcā¦

We are planning a moderated discussion on knowledge sharing, and the roles of zines in this fast ai driven times, ā¦ sometimes in the next 2 weeks.

after printing and geeking with zines online, I went back to paper and scissors, and tried to reproduce that layout for the āSlot-and-Tabā folding method, that can be done one single sided paper and without staples, turning an A4 sheet with 4 pages on it, into an A6 booklet.
