Looking for a plant tissue culture specialist to help establish a protocol for callus induction of specific plant species on Agar medium. Position consists of remotely designing an experimental strategy to determine the right Phytohormone concentrations, pH and other variables to determine suitable protocol for efficient in-vitro callus induction of a specific species and subsequent redifferentiation into plantlets.
