Identify suitable insertion site or ideally a Safe Harbour Site for a CRISPR/Cas9
Knock-In experiment in a specific plant species to be shared under NDA.
Subsequently we need assistance in designing a suitable gRNA construct to target the identified site.
Insertion site has to provide for:
- Rubust and stable expression of knock-in gene
- Minimal perturbation of endogenous gene activity
Knowledge of host plants’ genome sequence is currently publicly available Genbank information.

Required qualification: bachelors degree or equivalent in molecular biology or related field. Undergrads can be considered if there is a suitable specialization and some experierience.
