We are thrilled to announce we are launching the IOTA Institute Bio Art Hangout’s BioArt Kitchen Series co-presented Incubator Lab this Friday, October 2, 2020 at 9:00pm AST .
A 60 minute Zoom Hangout with an invited bio artist or scientist, who will perform an art/sci protocol, performance or show & tell with a Q&A after. This series will focus on knowledge-sharing and engaging bio art enthusiasts with bio art actions you can do in your own homes.
For our Premiere BioArt Hangout, join us along with artists, researchers and curators Oron Catts and Ionat Zurr [@symbiotica.lab] as they tune in from Perth, Australia for a Bio Art Kitchen Hangout. Together at happy hour, we’ll raise a DNA cocktail, share compost stories, and discuss DNA chauvinism and feminist aspects of incubation. We hope you can join us at 9pm AST/8am AWST.

Take a photo of your home or garden compost to use as your Zoom background to build our thematic zoom room compost incubator.
